  38. Have you looked at the Internet Kermit Service daemon (IKSD) from
  39. Columbia U.? Your client systems would have to have a copy of kermit
  40. for their use (I'm guessing WinDO$ so Kermit 95) and you'd need the
  41. latest release of c-kermit on your unix box. I know with kermit I can
  42. control overwrites and deletes from the desktop end. I'm not too
  43. clear on whether or not it can be controlled from the server end
  44. though. Have a look at:
